Der Cabernet Sauvignon von Kleine Zalze hat Aromen von Schwarzkirschen, dunklen Pflaumen, schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Zedern.
Am Gaumen große Dichte, feine Tanninen und gigantische Eleganz. Die Holznoten sind schön eingebunden, dazu eine gute Balance. Ein Rotwein mit langem Finale.

Der Cabernet Sauvignon reift 20 Monate in Fässern erster (40%), zweiter (30%) und dritter (30%) Füllung.

Das Weingut Kleine Zalze hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren zu einem der erfolgreichsten Weingüter Südafrikas entwickelt. Höchste internationale Auszeichnungen zeugen von der großen Klasse der Weine. lecker.
